Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellations by either requesting this online or by contacting us through online contact form. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. 

Once an order status is marked as Processing, Completed, or Shipped, it can no longer be canceled and may instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
