Hi Farzana,
We acknowledged your email and responded on 16th September. We replied promptly, however, our response may have landed in your junk or spam folder, so please check there.
We’re sorry to hear that the size wasn’t what you were expecting. However, the Fersha Collection listing does clearly show the length of the item, so we always recommend checking the measurements before purchasing to ensure it’s the right size for you.
Thank you for your understanding.
