We understand that you may have changed your mind after receiving the item/s but we can only offer refund on Women's Attire (excluding sale items which are non refundable), therefore all other items are non refundable/Exchangeable such as hijabs & accessories unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. You have 14 days to return a faulty/damaged /not suitable item. Prior to returning any item/s you need to inform us of the reason for your return, within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing us at info@fershacollection.com. 

Please package the item/s securely providing your details and obtain proof of postage from the courier used. Once we have received the item/s we will carry out an inspection and provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Please note we do not refund any shipping costs. Also note if a returned item/s are lost in the post you will need to claim via the courier, i.e Royal Mail, hence proof of postage required. Fersha Collection are not responsible for any items lost in transit by the courier.
