Returns 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read further to see our full return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fershacollection.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Nelson Mill, Unit 4 Gaskell St, Bolton, BL1 2QE.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

 
We understand that you may have changed your mind after receiving the item/s but we can only offer refund on Women's Attire (excluding sale items which are non refundable), therefore all other items are non refundable/Exchangeable such as hijabs & accessories unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. You have 14 days to return a faulty/damaged /not suitable item. Prior to returning any item/s you need to inform us of the reason for your return, within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing us at info@fershacollection.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fershacollection.com.

Please package the item/s securely providing your details and obtain proof of postage from the courier used. Once we have received the item/s we will carry out an inspection and provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.

Please note we do not refund any shipping costs. Also note if a returned item/s are lost in the post you will need to claim via the courier, i.e Royal Mail, hence proof of postage required. Fersha Collection are not responsible for any items lost in transit by the courier.
