Delivery/Returns
UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail 2nd Class. You will receive an email when your order has been placed and a further email to say the order has been dispatched. To receive orders, the time frame for Royal Mail 2nd Class is 2-3 working days, although this is an estimated timeframe so it may vary. Orders over £100 to the UK is free and this will automatically show when checking out.
International Delivery
There is a fixed charge of £20 upon checkout. Online tracking will be available for all international orders.
Depending on the country of delivery you may need to pay customs which we are not liable for. We do advise before making a purchase from us that you contact your local customs office. We will not be responsible for any kind of fees or charges that you may have incurred.
We understand that you may have changed your mind after receiving the item/s but we can only offer refund on Women's Attire (excluding sale items or special priced Attire, which are non refundable), therefore all other items are non refundable/Exchangeable such as hijabs & accessories unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. Please read all the information of each product carefully before making your purchases, to avoid any disappointment.
You have 14 days to return a faulty/damaged /not suitable item. Prior to returning any item/s you need to inform us of the reason for your return, within 2 days of receiving the goods by emailing us at info@fershacollection.com.
Please package the item/s securely providing your details and obtain proof of postage from the courier used. Once we have received the item/s we will carry out an inspection and provide an exchange or refund as appropriate.
Please note we do not refund any shipping costs. Also note if a returned item/s are lost in the post you will need to claim via the courier, i.e Royal Mail, hence proof of postage required. Fersha Collection are not responsible for any items lost in transit by the courier.
